So, I went and had a look at that property I mentioned before, and…..

It’s a frickin’ money pit if I ever saw one. There was a old farm house and a small cottage. The farm house from what I could see of the inside had already been gutted or needed to be. The outside had stucco was covering the old stone, but there were parts that were about to fall off or had already had! Making waist high holes. The owner had conveniently placed to large flat rocks on the front porch that covered up to spots where the floor boards were either gone or about to collapse. That isn’t everything….

Now, even if the place was fixed up, I realized it wouldn’t sell for what the guy was asking anyway. It is just a stones through away from the North East Extension and right across the street basically on the other side is 3 or4 cell phone towers. How many people are going to pay top dollar for a property in such a location??? I don’t think many.

So, I respectively told the guy it was more than I was interested in working on now.

Burn no bridges! I say. 😉

Well we have experienced a few bumps in the road(ie. unreliable designers) but we are moving on and I have some good guys working on things now. They are both motivated to get this off the ground. It is taking a bit longer but we are going to have it soon. 🙂 Chris has been doing some great work with the graphics and Injoong is producing some good work with the coding and design.

I haven’t been sleeping much the past couple of weeks. I average about 5 hours a night. I’m sure it will catch up with me….

Oh, I am also heading to look at a property tomorrow that could produce a substantial amout of profit but it will be some work… I’ll have to see how much.

Man, it is amazing how much energy you can summon when you are doing something you believe in…

I have been plowing along working on getting my business together, and getting ready for my wedding. Last week I accomplished a ton on things that 2 months ago, I never would have been able to get done. I did however crash on Saturday night and slept for like 10 hours. 😉

I set a deadline for the 1 of July but ended up having to completely change gears when I realized that one of the guys I was trying to work with just wasn’t going to work out. He seemed to always only miss the important emails I sent him…. Seemed to be able to get anything else, but just not the one that included what I wanted him to do. Quite strange but, what are you going to do. I had to move on to a contingency plan. Makes my life a lot harder, but then again a lot easier cause the job is actually going to get done.

Anyway, I ordered my 1st server last week and things are slowly falling into place. We’ll see where I am in a month… 🙂

Well, mom and I had a great weekend last weekend at the Millioniare Mind Intesive. It was really great. We both learned a lot about each other, and ourselves. Now we are on our way to make a Million.! 🙂 Anyway, things are going pretty well I promoted my budding business to a lot of people. Hopefully I will get some business out of it as well. It also gave me a whole new perspective on things. The next couple of months chould be crucial so wish me luck. 😉 July first is the deadline for getting the site up and running, as I have promised a lot of people that it would happen by this date. So… Just Frickin Do It!!

As you know I was just in Munich to visit Mel. The trip was more than just a normal visit, because I asked her to marry me and she said yes!!!

We went to dinner at the place we met. It was called New York Café when we met but is now called Brick. So, we had a nice dinner and afterwards I gave her a box of matches from that was from the NY Café. She opened the box up and inside was the ring. Everyone in the restaurant was watching by this point. So, I asked to marry me and she said yes!!!

We haven’t picked a date or anything because we need to check out what we need to do to get her a visa so she can come over here and live. But we are on the home stretch. As soon as we know more we will let you know.
