Tonight I’m going to my first pro basketball game. I’m pretty excited! A friend of mine from soccer in Reading had an extra ticket. It’s the last home game of the season. I don’t know where the seats are, but if you are watching the game tonight (7pm: CSN, NBALP)look for me. 😉
So, the basketball game was cool. It was pretty much what I expected. Most people pay the most attention during the first 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes. In between you eat, chat and every once and a while cheer for a nice play. It was strange the court seems so much smaller in the arena than on TV. It’s really amazing how big the players are though. Unfortunately the Sixers ended up losing 98-92, but it was fan appreciation day so everyone got a packet with stuff about the team, a picture, and a voucher for a free ticket for next season. Guess we’ll be going back for another game. 😉
