After many years of doing P90X, I’m happy to announce that I’ve decided to become an Independent Beachbody coach!
It actually isn’t the first time I thought about doing it. I’ve been doing the program on off for a long time and several years ago when I was really into P90X, it helped me get down to the same weight I was when I graduated from high school, but this time I was in the best shape of my life! Nicole still jokes that she wishes I still had my 8 pack. Haha! No that wasn’t a typo. I didn’t just have a 6 pack I had an 8 pack!
I thought about it back then, but could never bring myself to take the plunge. It finally took one of my sisters to convince me to do it. The funny thing is I was also the first person she ever new that did P90X. So, it has sort come full circle.
So, yesterday I packed up the old P90X disks and started P90X3. And it felt great! The old workouts were almost 1.5 hours a day! Who has time for that? I know I don’t anymore. Plus, pretty soon we’ll have a little one to keep us busy too. With the new workouts they have it down to 30 minutes. I’m pretty sure I can do that!
The best part now that I’m a coach is I can help others have the same success I did when I did P90X and the same success that I expect to have with the new program. It’s a great chance to help people with something I’m passionate about. Being healthy and staying fit!
